The Barn spans an immense 1,000m², spread over four levels, with the second level dedicated entirely to luxurious living spaces. The main living space is enveloped by elegant alpine wooden interiors, and fitted with furnishings rich in colour and comfort. One wall is devoted entirely to bookshelves, filled with eye-catching ornaments and fascinating tomes. An extensive corner sofa offers plenty of relaxing seating space for guests, benefitting from the warmth of a central wood-burning fireplace. The fireplace also blesses guests with warmth at dinnertime, with the sophisticated dining area of The Barn found on the opposite side. Adjacent to the banquet table that hosts all your gourmet feasts, you'll find a chic and stylish bar area, perfect for any pre- or post-dinner drinks.
This main living floor opens out onto an expansive terrace, with some stunning outdoor areas that truly elevates The Barn's luxury offering. Lounge around the warmth of the firepit or share good times together across any number of additional seating areas, serviced by food and drinks from the incredible facilities of the outdoor bar and kitchen. Naturally, a major highlight of this terrace comes with the chalet's elevated position up the mountain, as you will be treated to awe-inspiring panoramic views of the magnificent mountain landscape across the valley.
The Barn's lowest floor features a lavish spa area for guests to indulge in relaxation and wellbeing treatments. Nothing sorts out tired legs from a day of skiing in Lech like a dip in the indoor swimming pool, accompanied by revitalising sessions in the sauna or steam room. A relaxation area provides plush loungers for relaxation, while a private massage room is needed for any targeted wellness treatments. There are also state-of-the-art gym facilities to keep muscles fresh for the slopes.
The lowest level also hosts The Barn's multi-purpose entertainment suite. This well-equipped room features a variety of options to keep you busy after dinner, with a snooker table for the competitive guests and a projector screen for a laid-back movie night. There are several comfy sofa areas to use this space as a secondary lounge, with its own bar meaning you won't have to make the trip between floors to keep the party ongoing into the night.
Seven sumptuous double bedrooms occupy the upper two levels of The Barn, providing room for up to 14 guests in the chalet overall. The bedrooms are spacious and stately, with plush beds of extreme comfort. A night of ultimate luxury is guaranteed in these suites, which have a striking design of contrasting light woods, dark textures and patterned furnishings. All seven rooms are completed by a delightfully luxurious en-suite, while all but one offer access to a balcony to further admire the impressive mountain views and enjoy the fresh alpine air from the moment you awake.
For your convenience, The Barn has an internal elevator between all its levels, and a private ski room for storage of your equipment.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and includes full gourmet catering, 24/7 butler service and in-resort chauffeur. Drinks are payable in addition.
