Guests have the option to relax in not one, but two, spacious open-plan living areas on their return from a day on the slopes. Both living areas seemingly hover above the valley like an eagle's nest, meticulously angled to maximise the incredible mountain and valley scenery, finished in a minimalistic design. Not only do these floor-to-ceiling windows frame the picturesque panoramas of the Steinernes Meer plateau and Leogang valley before you, but they also fill the room with a light and spacious ambience. There is a revolving seating area in Julisam's main building, to take full advantage of the surrounding scenery and maximise every inch of the view.
In the evening, guests can indulge on their evening's delicacies on two dining tables, both found in each of the living rooms and seating 10 persons. Satisfy your post-ski appetites to the sound of the self-playing Yamaha grand piano as the feeling of complete relaxation sinks in. Julisam also offers many expansive balconies and terrace areas, featuring sheltered dining tables for a spot of alfresco eating. Two outdoor playgrounds, totalling over 400m² space, are ideal during the warmer weather in the season, featuring tournament trampolines, a slide, a small football pitch, a sand playground and more! Inside, the impressive kids' room with Wehrfritz playhouses are the preferred option for colder days, perfect for letting imaginations run free.
Whilst the younger visitors are suitably entertained, elements of fun are not missed for the others in the group. A stainless steel pool table, football table and multiple games consoles allow for in-house chalet competitions to commence. Alternatively, the spacious cinema room provides a luxurious setting for watching a movie as a whole party, complete with a virtual starry sky over Leogang.
Sleeping up to 20 guests in divine luxury, Julisam Estate's 10 serenely calm double bedrooms uphold the high standards of the chalet. Decorated in natural themes to replicate your mountain surroundings, each room offers its own tasteful theme, nodding to the chalet location and featuring original artwork. The Zen feel is apparent in the design but also finish with height-adjustable beds enabling you to customise the space as you desire, blackout curtains, sound-insulated doors, and retractable TVs. Eight of the double bedrooms feature sleek, pristine en-suite bathrooms, with the large family suite having a shared bathroom.
For additional convenience, Julisam Estate has 10 underground parking spaces. There is also an elevator, to provides easy access between the chalets' floors and multitude of facilities, and a ski room, for effortless preparations ready for the slopes. Throughout the chalet, SONOS systems appear to provide a touch of home comforts.
Julisam also maintains completely CO2-free operations, featuring as one of our luxury eco-friendly chalets for a sustainable ski holiday in the Alps. Through photovoltaics and geothermal heat pumps, the chalet is able to generate its own power and heat throughout the season. Triple thermal insulation glazing makes sure that this heat is retained as much as possible. Julisam also contributes a small portion of the fee to a charity organisation that aims to help families who are less fortunate.
For a smaller groups of 10 guests, you can rent out just the main building without the guest house as Chalet Julisam.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 20 guests and is offered on a self catered basis. Additional services are available on request, where you can design an à la carte package as desired.
The chalet is also available on a fully staffed basis, and is offered with full staff services to include a private chef for breakfast, lunch and dinner preparations, service staff, in-resort chauffeur and daily housekeeping. Food and drink charged in addition.
