We Are Recruiting! – Office Manager and PA to Directors

Globally recognised as one of the leading luxury ski agencies in the industry, Ski In Luxury and Ultimate Luxury Chalets are going from strength to strength and are now looking for a personable yet highly professional ski lover to join our team and assist in growth and expansion, taking on the role of Office Manager.

This is a brand new position in the company with a number of key responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Team management, training and development
  • Website portfolio management and sourcing new product
  • Social media platform management
  • Regular blogging and blog management
  • PA support to the Directors
  • Trade show attendance and organisation
  • Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the business

We are seeking someone with proven successful experience in the luxury travel industry, ideally with history of working in a similar role within the luxury ski market. The ideal candidate will be extremely proactive, professional and dedicated to the cause. With a strong work ethic and a love of skiing, the successful candidate will go that extra mile in order to fulfil their responsibilities and to develop quickly a full and in-depth understanding of the business, its portfolios and principles.

You will be a central point of contact in the office, liaising with the Directors and the team, and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with high profile clients and staff management.

The role will involve PA support to the Directors and providing assistance to the rest of the team, making travel arrangements (national and international), client/in-house meetings, presentation/report preparation, organising regular team meetings and reviews, and other generic office duties. It will be your responsibility for the office to run as efficiently and professionally as possible.

The candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their business utilisation, be able to manage a team effectively and be a strong motivator. Language skills are an added bonus.

Competitive salary based on experience. Based in Bournemouth, Dorset, UK.
