When does your luxury concierge service with a client begin and end?

“The moment a client books a chalet we set the wheels in motion to ensure every whim is looked after; from thinking ahead on the busy weeks and which services require securing well in advance to looking at party size, make up and type of client. Our luxury concierge service will only end once we know our guests have had a fantastic time in resort, and have safely arrived back home.”

 

Many people consider concierge as just the support for organising transfers, ski hire and lift passes. Can you give me some examples of the extra concierge services you provide?

“Our luxury concierge is a 24/7 service where every person matters; true luxury is personal. Being a step ahead and guided by clients we create bespoke experiences, tailored around the unique and individual requirements of our guests. This varies from your typical supplier needs such as ski passes, ski tuition and ski rental to arranging corporate or wellness packages which can include physiotherapy or osteopath sessions, a detox programme in conjunction with our chefs, an Ice-driving experience or providing access to Après-ski VIP and nightclub areas.”

What kind of dietary requirements do you deal with?

“This varies wildly and can include anything from regular gluten free cuisine to the Paleo diet or also culturally motivated requests such as strictly Kosher or Halal wishes.”

 

What do you do to ensure all dietary requirements and requests are met for when the guests arrive?

“Our chefs are trained to adapt to any style cuisine; we usually try and pre-empt as much as possible through our bespoke menu consultations. If guests prefer local specialities, classic dining or comfort food in front of the TV, we will ensure they receive just that. The chefs will always try and call our guests prior to arrival to discuss last-minute likes, dislikes and dietary requirements.”

In what way do you make each and every ski holiday experience special and personal?

“Our guests make the rules. We CARE greatly about leaving them with a lasting impression.”

 

Children receive concierge with you as well. What special things do you arrange for the children?

“As parents ourselves, we understand there is a lot more than just a cot and highchair which babies and toddlers require. We have a comprehensive list of baby essentials; create baby purees fresh each day, provide parents with contact wrist bands, give advice on child friendly services and resort activities, have Charlie Bear waiting on children’s bed together with personalised goodie bags and ensure staff tap into the children’s individual needs.”

Can you give me a couple of examples of special or unusual requests?

“We have come across some very fortunate pets in the past that were given their own room complete with nanny, chauffeur and special organic menus. Themed birthday celebrations are popular with one chalet being transformed into a frozen wonderland for a little girl, or laser shows projected onto a near mountain side. Giant Easter egg hunts have been arranged in the past and once an entire fire pit was shifted up the mountain for a surprise slope-side champagne picnic. We have the ability to cater to guests requests, no matter how big or small. Our concierge team will always try and make it happen.”
